Launched in 2012, Andrew left his previous job with a newborn baby at home and just £1000 of personal savings in the bank. Fast forward a few years, MadeBrave® has grown to have a team of over 20 people and a client roster including the likes of BrewDog, Müller and IBM.

David has worked in recruitment since 1994, having previously worked with News International & Mirror Group Newspapers. His career has encompassed high street, general, specialist, and consultancy recruitment businesses. This experience in a broad range of sectors and markets has helped Enigma People to establish a reputation as a quality recruitment partner, rather than an “employment agency”.

He has been a part of the judging panel at The Herald Digital Business Awards for the best 6 years (last year as Head Judge) and at the S1 Recruitment Awards.

Outside of work he’s an avid supporter and a registered first team squad member of “Glasgow’s best football team”, Partick Thistle , as well as serving on the board of their Community Trust.

David Moffat, Senior Developer and Team Lead, Arnold Clark Automobiles Limited.

David_Moffat

David Moffat is a Senior Developer and Team Lead at Arnold Clark– Europe’s number 1 independently owned family run car dealer.

David joined Arnold Clark straight out of university in September 1999 – in the days of Java 1.0, VB6 and no C#.  David has worked on systems in many areas of the business – Sales and Aftersales, Human Resources and the very first version of ArnoldClark.com.

David has been involved in the hiring of graduate, mid-level and senior developers at Arnold Clark for over 10 years.

A pragmatist, David likes to look at all possible technologies and tries very hard not to get involved in technological “flame wars”.

Outside of work, David hacks his way round golf courses, loves reading and walking Buddy the dog.
